Located just outside of Salt Lake City, we provide world class indoor facilities and coaching staff that allow for the best pole vault development for all athletes of all skill levels and ages year round. From begginer to masters and elite pole vaulters we have it all. Including 2 runways, 1 raised runway, exercise and gymnastics equipment, platform vaulting, rope swing vaulting, and much more. 

As a USATF certified club, we ensure that we are compliant with the US Center for SafeSport standards to provide a safe, fun and effective training environment for all athletes. Our coaches regularly seek to improve their own understanding of the pole vault and develop their coaching skills through dedicated learning and collaboration with the best coaches from all over the country. Most of our coaches still train and compete for fun regularly in order to always remember what it is like to be an athlete and what it takes to be coachable and successful as an athlete. 

We are dedicated to supporting the Pole Vault throughout Utah and the surrounding states.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update (3/28):

UTPVA Family, please READ ALL of the following message regarding practices: 


In accordance with Governor Herbert's address on 3/27/2020, we are closing our doors and all practices at the club facility are cancelled until further notice. This is a hard decision for us, but the health and safety of our athletes has always been a top priority. 


As of right now, all YOU can do is CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL and here are a few things that we can control: 
Simple things that I'm sure you've read and probably already knew ...


1. Wash Your Hands and Use Hand Sanitizer (duh) 
You should already be doing this anyways...

2. Don't Touch Your Mouth, Eyes, Nose
Again, more common sense here...

3. Stay away from people outside of your household
Keep at least a 6' (~2 m) distance from others. Absolutely stay away from crowds more than 10.

4. Take BETTER Care of YOURSELF
Again... things YOU SHOULD BE DOING ANYWAYS... sleep good, eat good, stay hydrated, stay fit & healthy. 

5. Help those in need, but maintain a safe distance.

It's a very strange time with what's happening. You can let all of that stuff create a ton of extra stress within your life OR you can CONTROL WHAT YOU CAN CONTROL
